Cardinal Robert McElroy will celebrate a Mass commemorating the feast of St. Francis of Assisi, patron saint of animals and the environment.
Afterward, everyone is invited to refreshments at the parish hall, where the winners of the Youth Art Contest will be recognized. Allied organizations also will have a table to distribute information.
The Mass is hosted by the diocesan Creation Care Ministry.
