This briefing is to provide priests, deacons and their wives, and diocesan leaders the latest information about proposed legislation regarding abortion at the state Legislature. And it will give information about the campaign Born Ready, organized by the California Catholic Conference, that invites parishes and the faithful to take action now that Roe v Wade has been overturned.
The briefing will be led by Molly Sheahan, associate director for Life & Family Advocacy.
