April 17: Parenting Styles

Current parents, Future parents, and Grandparents are invited to attend our Catholic Parenting Workshop Series. Child and behavioral psychologists and experts in their field will discuss the stages of child development (What do children need at various stages of development? How do help them grow by “meeting where they’re at”?), different parenting styles and their effectiveness (Should I parent my kids the way I was raised, or do I want to do things differently?), and finally, how to effectively mold one’s household into a true “domestic church” (How do I teach my kids to pray and to love Jesus? How do I effectively pass down the faith?).

Simultaneous sessions will also be available in Spanish.

Kids are welcome. While parents are responsible for their own children, tables will be set up in the back where kids can quietly play, color, do their homework, etc.
