The theme of the Youth Art Contest is “For the Beauty of the Earth.”
The Office of Life, Peace and Justice invites youth (grades 4-12) and young adults to participate in an art contest to increase awareness of Pope Francis’ message of sustainability, a celebration of God’s gifts, the beauty found in His creation, and protecting the environment, all found in his encyclical “Laudato Si.’”
Entries may be in the form of an essay, poem, poster, painting, drawing, video, or song.
