Wendy Baez graduated from the Franciscan School of Theology with a master’s degree in theological studies.

She is currently the Associate Director of the Office for Family Life and Spirituality in the Diocese of San Diego, a position that, more than a job, is a vocation of service to God and her community. Wendy has been married for thirteen years and is the mother of two amazing kids.

A smiling person with shoulder-length blonde hair is wearing a bright blue blazer and a silver cross necklace, set against a plain gray background.Noreen Madden McInnes is the Director Emeritus of the Office for Liturgy & Spirituality in the Roman Catholic Diocese of San Diego. She held that position from September, 2014 – July, 2026. Noreen has a DMin in Liturgical Catechesis from The Catholic University of America. Her doctoral treatise centered on the Spiritual, Theological, and Practical Formation for Pastoral Care of the Sick Ministers. She also earned an MA in Theology from the University of Notre Dame with a concentration in Liturgy. Additionally, she holds an MEE from Villanova University and a BA in Mathematics from The Catholic University of America.

Noreen is the author of Keep at It, Riley! a book in the Magenta Series by New City Press promoted by Dr. Charles C. Camosy, the series editor. Noreen tells the story of how Catholic faith accompanied her family through the sickness and death of her elderly parents. What could mistakenly be seen as a downward spiral was actually upward. As her parents were called home to God, those around them caught a glimpse of heaven. Ministering to them during this time was challenging, yet a blessing, not a burden. She discovered her source of strength was her Irish Catholic upbringing, the sacraments, and God. Her family motto, ‘Keep at it, Riley!’ explains how they never give up, they give it to God!

Born and raised in Mountain Top, Pennsylvania, she now resides in San Diego with her husband of forty-four years and enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren. She has a passion for liturgy and takes great joy in sharing it with others.
