The Basic Catechist Formation Course (BCFC) is designed for individuals entrusted with handing on the faith, those who wish to deepen their understanding of the Catholic faith, and anyone interested in serving as a minister within their parish or school community.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Must be at least 17½ years of age
- Must have received the Sacrament of Confirmation
Participants under 18 years of age must also:
- Submit a letter of authorization from a parent or legal guardian
- Receive a recommendation from the Parish Director of Catechetical Ministry (DCM) and/or Pastor
