You are invited to a day of learning, prayer moments, lesson plans, adaptive hands-on activities, resources, and networking to continue facilitating the encounter with Jesus and children and youth with disAbilities. Starting with an adaptive prayer that integrates American Sign Language, we will take the time to review your current lesson plan to make practical adaptations and modifications you can use right away. We will explore various adaptive activities, tips, and resources to use in your own program, ministry, and classroom with children and youth with disAbilities. We will wrap up our day with guidelines and best practices in planning and celebrating a Sensory-friendly Mass in your parish community.
