The Vietnamese Catholic community will celebrate St. Andrew Dũng Lac and his Companions, the Vietnamese Martyrs, at its annual diocesan Mass.
Bishop Michael Pham, the nation’s first Vietnamese American bishop, will celebrate the Mass at Good Shepherd Church, where he served as pastor for seven years. He will be accompanied by Auxiliary Bishops Ramón Bejarano and Felipe Pulido and by Vietnamese priests who serve in the diocese.
The celebration begins at 2 p.m. with a colorful procession, which is followed by the Mass. Afterward, the community will host a reception.
The Vietnamese community invites all faithful to join in this joyous annual celebration.
