NOTRE DAME, Ind. (March 1, 2023) — Cardinal Robert McElroy, Bishop of the Diocese of San Diego, led a panel discussion on the moral challenges of war and nuclear arms at the University of Notre Dame today.

The event was titled “New and Old Wars, New and Old Challenges to Peace.” The panel included two professors from the Kroc Institute for International Peace Studies at the University of San Diego and two from the University of Notre Dame.
