“But they never come back” is the cry heard by most Initiation teams. Many times, we are tempted to just skip this stage as it is the end of the year and we are tired! This workshop will discuss how we can set ourselves up for success in the time of Mystagogy, and end up with a time of renewal and new energy for our faith journey. We will explore what we can do to help the neophytes and newly received really want to come back, and how to keep the commitment to accompany them through their year as neophytes in our community.
