Parish classifications:
to complete the following section, you will need to select only one category: (Single Parish or Inter-Parish). The options for Home School and Migrant Camps may not apply to every parish community. These are listed for definition purposes and do not serve as a primary parish classification.
Sponsorship Definitions

Inter-Parish
Catechetical programs takes place in one or more parish locations that may share pastoral leadership and staff or personnel who work for one or more parish communities and divide their responsibilities between them. Participants may be from more than one parish location.
Home School
Catechetical programs takes place in the home with a parent or guardian as catechist in connection with a local parish or diocesan program to coordinate catechetical efforts. Participants are chiefly children who live in the home.

Migrant Camps
Total (Pre-K - 8th) Grade School Children
In this category list the
total number
of students in your faith formation programs that are enrolled in grades Pre-K through 8th grade under the appropriate parish classification. If your parish site has a homeschool option and/or migrant camp option, please allocate the number of students in each respective area. Example: if your parish site has a total of 220 students, but 10 of them are homeschooled, then you would place 210 students under the appropriate parish classification( single or inter-parish) and you would place 10 students under the homeschool category, so the total sum is 220. When none apply to any of the remaining categories, please place “0”.
** Please be careful not to count students twice**
** Ensure that you use the same classification throughout your report**
How many secondary grade (9th - 12th grade) children in your parish are in each category:

Total (9th - 12th grade) Children
Like the previous category, list the
total number
of students in your faith formation programs that are enrolled in grades 9 -12th under the appropriate parish classification. Example: if your parish site has a total of 80 students, but 20 of them are homeschooled and 10 of them are minister to at Migrant Camps, then you would place 50 students under the appropriate parish classification ( single or inter-parish) and you would place 20 students under the homeschool category and 10 students under the Migrant Camp category so the total sum is 80. When none apply to any of the remaining categories, please place “0”.
** Please be careful not to count students twice**
** Ensure that you use the same classification throughout your report**
